Self-service without the app
Use the Meinivo account portal to request a verified deletion link to the account email. The public response does not reveal whether an address is registered; deletion starts only after the one-time link is confirmed.
Fastest route in the app
- Sign in to Meinivo.
- Open Profile & settings → gear → Delete account.
- Confirm the link sent to the account email.
This securely links the request and can surface open payouts or reviews.
Without access to the account email
Email colin-mario.koese@bitora.de with subject “Delete my Meinivo account”. We verify proportionately without asking you to email an identity document.
What happens?
The login is removed, profile anonymized, push tokens revoked and provider profiles/links deleted. Known Didit sessions are first instructed for provider deletion; a provider failure remains visibly retryable. Minimized ledger, payout, reversal, fraud, tax, consent or legal evidence remains only while a duty, open matter or claim requires it. Deletion is final; a later account is a new record.
