1. Provider and agreement

The agreement starts when you sign in and explicitly accept the current versions. These Terms apply to the app and its account, survey, points, balance, referral, payout and support features.

2. Eligibility and countries

• You are at least 16, are a real individual and either may enter this agreement yourself or have any consent from a legal representative required by the law that applies to you.
• You actually reside in the enabled country you select.
• You may lawfully use Meinivo, the survey providers and your chosen payout method.

Store availability does not mean that surveys or every payout method are available in every country. Server-side country release depends on documented provider, payout, sanctions, identity and data-transfer gates.

3. Account

One account per person is permitted unless Meinivo expressly approves otherwise. Keep accurate information and secure credentials. Disposable email addresses, another person's identity, account trading and circumvention of restrictions are prohibited. You may terminate at any time through account deletion.

4. Surveys

Accepting these Terms activates the survey-provider connections currently integrated into Meinivo for your account; you do not need to accept each provider separately. Provider notices remain available in the app and on the website. You can disable any provider prospectively in Privacy settings, after which no new matching data is sent to it and its offers stop loading.

Account-level activation does not override technical, contractual, country or transfer release gates. CPX Research is the currently intended provider; TapResearch and TheoremReach provide offers only after their documented activation gates have passed.

CPX participation is also governed by the CPX respondent terms and CPX privacy notice. Honest, attentive responses, correct residence and a single genuine participation are required. You may decline or leave any survey. Quotas, quality checks or technical failures may prevent completion; displayed duration and reward are current offer information, not a guarantee.

5. Balance, points and reversals

Only server-confirmed ledger entries are authoritative. A redirect, screenshot or survey end page alone does not create a payment claim. Provisional or erroneous credits may be corrected after a signed provider reversal, duplicate event or manifest calculation error. Corrections remain visible and are not used to create arbitrary negative balances.

For an effectively bound invitation, inviter and invited member each receive €1.00 after the invited member's first confirmed provider survey. For the lifetime of the effective account relationship, the inviter additionally receives 10% of the invited member's active, server-confirmed provider-survey rewards. Meinivo funds the share; nothing is deducted from the invited member. Sub-cent fractions carry through the confirmed aggregate, and signed reversals adjust the transparent participation ledger. The first 100 effectively qualified invitations per account may participate. Account deletion or effective termination ends future participation but not already confirmed entitlements.

Points, streaks and missions have no value outside Meinivo. Confirmed entitlements are not removed retroactively except for a justified reversal or legal duty.

6. Payouts, tax and identity checks

The minimum, fee, net amount, delivery route and status are shown before a request. Depending on availability, methods may include PayPal, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Solana or a Tango Global Choice Link. Catalog brands are previews unless the request names the exact product. Relevant Tango, wallet, network or payment terms also apply.

You must provide a correct destination. Confirmed blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. Meinivo requires a disclosed, one-time Didit identity check with an identity document and selfie/liveness face match before the first new payout. The flow starts only after separate, unchecked explicit biometric consent. See the Didit KYC notice. No new payout is created before a successful result. You may abort the request, and confirmed balance does not expire. You are responsible for checking local tax duties.

7. Prohibited conduct

• false, automated, random or inconsistent survey responses;
• multiple accounts, identity misuse or circumvention of age, country or provider rules;
• tampering with callbacks, signatures, app integrity, rewards, referrals, ads or payouts;
• VPNs, proxies, emulators or obfuscation used to evade residence or security rules;
• unlawful content, attacks, unauthorized scraping or disruption.

8. Review and appeal

Specific security or quality indicators may temporarily place the affected feature or payout under review. A single heuristic does not permanently close an account. Material cases receive human review; you can explain your position, appeal and request human intervention. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to restriction or termination. Lawfully confirmed balance remains payable after legitimate reversal, identity and legal holds are resolved.

9. Availability and changes

No uninterrupted service or minimum survey volume is promised. We address outages for which we are responsible within a reasonable period. Material Terms changes are notified in advance and require renewed acceptance; they do not apply retroactively. If you decline, you may close the account while existing settlement rights remain.

10. Liability and mandatory rights

Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, an express guarantee and mandatory law. For slight negligence affecting an essential obligation, liability is limited to typical foreseeable loss. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

11. Termination, withdrawal and law

The agreement continues until terminated. Delete the account at Delete account. Any mandatory statutory withdrawal right remains available; an EEA consumer may normally notify us within 14 days by email, subject only to valid statutory exceptions. German law applies, but mandatory protections of your habitual residence and statutory courts remain unaffected. We impose no private arbitration or class-action waiver.
