In the app
- CPX/Tap/TheoremReach: activated with the Terms; disable or re-enable each provider individually. No new data is sent to a provider after it is disabled. This setting does not override a technical or contractual provider block.
- Didit KYC: before the first payout, the identity-document and selfie route with liveness and face match is shown. Biometric consent is unchecked. Without consent you may abort verification and the payout request; contact privacy support for later deletion or withdrawal.
- Product analytics: enable/disable and delete stored events.
- Advertising: reopen Google UMP choices where the feature is active and required.
- Push and email: change categories; security and transaction messages are unaffected.
- Account: request an export or delete the account.
Privacy request
For access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction, withdrawal, a US opt-out/limit request, or an appeal: colin-mario.koese@bitora.de. Include only the account email and request; do not send identity documents unless asked through a secure route.
The public web pages use no non-essential trackers. An applicable Global Privacy Control signal is treated as an opt-out for the web surface. An authenticated app choice must also be linked in the app or by a verified request.
No discrimination
Exercising a privacy right does not cause discriminatory treatment. A necessary functional result can remain: without a survey-provider disclosure its offers cannot load; without push permission there are no push alerts; without successful identity verification no new payout can be created. Confirmed balance does not expire for that reason.
